Live Food Cuisine
was founded by
Joseph
Lucier. He
is also the founder of
Raw New England
Community which started
as a small idea to bring
communities of New
England Raw foodists
together. With the help
and support of other pot
lucks and event holders,
it has blossomed into a
wonderful community of
people.
He has been a
vegetarian for
over 25 years, including
8 years as a live food vegan.
He attended a 5 day intensive Living On Live Foods Preparation class
at Chef Alissa Cohen's center in Florida
8 years ago. That class gave him the momentum to
do healthy, interesting and delicious live food. It transformed his life
and he has been raw ever since. He is now also an Alissa Cohen Living on
Live Foods Chef, Instructor and Teacher.
With vibrant fresh whole foods and the abundance of
great recipes, he has been able to continue eating 100% raw and living foods
and offer advice to others to start on this great journey.
He not only loves raw food and the Live Foods
Lifestyle, he also promotes the idea of sharing this great food with everyone
and bringing the raw community together. He teaches Raw Foods
Classes as well as Chef and Teacher Certifications. He also promotes
vegan living foods in his home region of New England with his
community website www.RawNewEnglandCommunity.com,
where he sends out a monthly newsletter with articles and recipes and also
lists New England events like pot lucks, classes, book tours, raw food
restaurants and vendors.
His enthusiasm for this food
